How do I reserve my twister?
To reserve your party date and twister please call us at (877) 418-6285 and speak with one of our sales associates. Please have your credit card and party information available, including address of party.
 Where do you work?
We currently work in the Chicago and Seattle metropolitan areas. If you would like to reserve a party outside of these districts, please e-mail us and we will respond with a quote by the end of the day.
 Who is my twister? When will he or she arrive?
You may either select a twister or we will assign one to your birthday party based on geography and availability. Each and every member of our staff is trained to know a minimum of sixty balloons and must pass several tests as well as a background check before he or she can even be considered for his or her first birthday party. All twisters are instructed to arrive at your front door five minutes before the party to introduce themselves and get a lay of the land. In the event that a twister is running late, he or she will inform us and we will relay the information to you immediately.
 Who will see my information?
Your information is held extremely confidentially; not even your balloon twister will have access to it. He or she will only be informed of you and your child's first name and where the party is to be held. We also do not share your information with any third party sources.
 Where can I host the party? Can it be outside?
Balloon twisting is extremely versatile and adaptable to nearly all locations. Examples including homes, park districts, restaurants, and even trains (yes, we have worked on trains). We ask only that the environment is safe for large groups of children and that if the party is outside, a neighboring backup location is available in the event of poor weather. Balloons are susceptible to popping or shrinking in extreme temperatures, high humidity, and around woody and grassy grounds.
 How is payment handled? Should we tip the twister?
Upon booking our services a 50% non-refundable deposit will charged to your credit or debit card. You will be charged for the remaining amount one day prior to the event. If you would like to tip your twister, you may either make an additional payment through Balloon Birthdays or you can pay them directly at the birthday party. Tipping is by no means necessary and remains at your discretion.
 I do not know how many children will be attending yet, when do I need to know?
We will call you 48 hours prior to the birthday party to reconfirm all the information and get a final head count. If you have selected the Full Poodle and have over twenty children, the additional cost will be charged along with the remainder of the payment the day before the event.
 Can I change packages? Locations?
If you wish to change packages or the number of balloon kits ordered, you may do so during our confirmation call to you 48 hours prior to the event. Major changes, such as the party's location, should be reported immediately at (877) 418-6285. Waiting too long to do so could run the risk that none of our twisters will be available. If you did not order balloon kits during your initial reservation and would like to, we suggest at least two weeks notice to ensure availability in your district.
 What is the cancellation policy?
A minimum of eight days notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations within the eight day limit will be subject to the full cost of the selected package. The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable, but can be credited towards any future event. The same rules apply to the payment for eight-day or less cancellations.
